DISCLAIMER

1. Damage to property:
   Every reasonable effort will be made to clean up any messes caused by the client’s pets (urination, spraying, or defecation) using cleaning materials provided by the client. Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins cannot be held responsible for damage to carpets, rugs, floors, plants, or lawns caused by such incidents.

2. Illness, injury, loss, or death of pets:
   In the event a pet becomes sick or injured, Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins will follow the instructions outlined in the Veterinary Instruction and Release Form. The business is not liable for sickness, injury, loss, or death occurring through non-negligence.

3. Security of premises and confinement areas:
   Clients must ensure all fences, gates, doors, and confinement areas are secure and safe. Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins will make every reasonable effort to locate a lost or missing pet but cannot be held responsible for escape due to inadequate security.

4. Care of plants and gardens:
   Watering will be carried out only as directed by the client. Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins cannot be held responsible for plants, trees, or lawns that wilt, brown, or die due to environmental factors or unclear instructions.

Please notify Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins when you return home from your trip so I know that you and your pets have arrived home safely
(applies to cat and small pet holiday visits only).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment:
   Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Failure to comply may result in future services requiring advance payment.

2. Cancellations:
   A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, except in the case of an emergency.

3. Disclaimer form:
   The disclaimer form must be signed before any care or walking services can commence.

4. Client information:
   Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins reserves the right to securely retain information obtained from the client consultation form unless advised otherwise in writing.

5. Emergency contacts:
   Clients must provide all relevant emergency contact details, including personal contact numbers, keyholder information, veterinary contact details, and pet insurance information.

6. Pet supplies:
   Clients must provide all necessary items to ensure their pets are adequately cared for (e.g., food, medication, bedding, cat litter, etc.). Should additional supplies be required during care, they will be purchased as needed and added to the final invoice.

7. Amendments:
   Elle’s Dog Walking & Pop-Ins reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
